Ingredients:
- 150g fresh blueberries / raspberries / blackberries (can be frozen)
- Small handful of any green leaves: Kale, spinach, chard, nettles, dandelion, broccoli
- apple, chopped
- ½ fresh lemon/lime
- 2 tablespoon natural yoghurt / soya yoghurt (Optional)
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin/flax seeds /chia seeds
- 1 stalk Celery + / 1 carrot or 1 beetroot
Method:
- Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
(If mostly blending vegetables you could leave out the yoghurt, add water instead and ½ avocado for some good fats)
