Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 1 good handful of basil leaves
- 1‐2 tbsp of pine / Brazil /cashew nuts
- 3‐4 tbsp of pumpkin seeds
- 5 sundried tomatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- About ½ – 1 cup of extra virgin rapeseed or olive oil (depends on preferred texture)
Method:
- Put all ingredients into a blender and whizz.
Serve with buckwheat crackers.
